The company has no legal contact number to access them regarding their billing

I tried the Ultra Acaiberry trial, ordering by email that was supposed to be free, just paying shipping and handling. After receiving the merchandise, 3 weeks later I was billed $78.22 by Natrascince.
My bank gave me the phone number of the company to contest the charges and I found that this number was not to a company but just a recorded message, with no access to talk to anyone. The message just stated to allow 24-48 hours to bill.
This product is not free at all and nowhere in their ads is there any number to call regarding any questions that a customer may have.
