Fraudulently charged credit card $88.62 after using for free sample $5.59 postage

I am another victim of SFL Nutrition LLC Boca Raton Florida. I ordered the "free sample" online plus paying postage of $5.95 and received a bottle from SFL Nutrition LLC, Boca Raton. The funny thing is that the day I ordered they sent me an e mail confirmation stating it had been shipped on the 18th, and when the package arrived it was dated the 17th.

I was careful not to sign up for any membership or continuing orders.

My card showed the $5.59 charge on 1/21/09 and then showed a fraudulent and unauthorized charge on Feb 4 for $88.62.

I e mailed them on their "live talk form" that this was a fraudulent charge and to refund my card the $88.62 and attempted to call them -and got a recording.

Then I found all the complaints. This site is not the only one with complaints. There are several other rip off sites about them online.

Look up Florida State Attorney General Bill McCollum and either call or email your complaint. I am also going to pay a visit to the Fraud Division of the US Post Office and I thank the peron who posted all the different names they are operating under. I believe this is mail fraud among other kinds of fraud, and who knows what is in these pills??!! But I can tell you I didnt lose any weight or any of their other claims. False advertising.

Their websites are on GoDadddy.com. You might also start calling GoDaddy.com and advise them of the fraud and tell them to take down the sites.

I will also be making a police report to the Boca Raton Police Dept. And I suggest you all do so whether by email or phone call. Hey, since this is a national problem and they are mailing all over the states - a call to your local FBI might be helpful too.

But i really suggest you call, email write attorney general bill mc cullom of the state of florida... Google his address.

They just scammed the wrong person.
