Lose Weight Systems
Fraudulent, Unauthorized use of Debit Card

On 3 Feb 09 I became aware that Lose Weight Systems made a Fraudulent, Unauthorized transaction on my Debit Card on 2 Feb 09.

I notified my Credit Union which in turn closed out my debit card. I had to go to the credit union to file a Cordholder Dispute Form and signed an affidavit that I DID NOT authorize the transaction.

It took me approximatlly four hours of my time, maybe more, to take care of this matter.

This company should be brought up on charges, ran out of business and shut down.
