Bad business ethics, product does not do what it claims, expensive

Beware of the return policy on this product, I was enrolled in an automatic shipping program, that quite frankly I did not see on the agreement page.

I signed up for the free trial (pay only shipping) The agreement states that you can cancel within 15 days of recieving the product. This is not enough time to see if the procduct works, and it does NOT!

I automatically recieved the next months supply. Two bottles with a price tag of 88$. I was not aware that the product was that expensive, there is no mention of the cost on the website!

I contacted customer support to cancel and inquired about returning my unused and unopened bottles. I was told to contact customer support by e-mail and would recieve further instructions. The instructions were basically "you got screwed". I cannot return the product for a refund.

I believe that it is bad business ethics to refuse to refund a product that fails to stand up to its claims and when a customer does not open the product, it should be returned and refunded!!!
