False advertising, unauthorized credit card charges, refusal to accept cancellation of products

I thought I was participating in a free trial of a weight loss product. I submitted my credit card for shipping and handling charges. When the product arrived, the ingredient list indicated that it was a laxative.

I attempted to cancel by email and was told a representative would get back to me in 24 hours with an RA number. No one did and I spent 45 minutes the next day on the phone cancelling the order and getting the RA number. I mailed the product back.

Despite all this, my credit card was charged for the full price of the product and I received an email stating that I had "purchased" a 'buy now pay later' offer. I have filed a BBB complaint and will notify the state attorney general—this company needs to be shut down—the products are garbage (I am a nurse and was shocked when I read the ingredient list)

Anyone want to file a class action law suit, count me in...
