Lucky Vitamin / Luckyvitamin.com has to be one of the worst internet sites when it comes to purchasing vitamins!

Their customer service is absolutely horrid. They have the slowest shipping and are extremely rude and nasty when it comes to resolving customer issues (Michelle, I hope you're reading this - and for anyone that calls and has to speak to a manager and you get Michelle - good luck to you). If you don't believe me, try calling their customer service number. I guarantee that you will spend at least 10 minutes on hold before a live person comes on the line. When you get a live person, you will get the most obnoxious person in the customer service field. You will get someone who is either incompetent, or truly hates their job. Try to place an order and see if doesn't take at least two weeks for you to receive it, if you receive it at all. They truly misadvertise their shipping time!

Hopefully, someone in higher management will read this post, as well as the many other negative posts about Lucky Vitamin.in this economy, trust me, people will gladly take their business elsewhere. I wish I would have done my research on them, but will gladly pass this on to everyone in hopes that people will stop patronizing businesses with such poor service!
