Signed up for trial offer, was charged for things I did not orde

I signed up for a trial offer of Acai berry extract, which is supposed to help with blood pressure. I was supposed to pay only shipping. They then proceeded to charge me full price for the product. I paid this $35 charge, thinking that perhaps I had misunderstood the offer.

Two weeks later, however, they charged me $79.95 for a diet product that I KNOW I did not want and did not order. I saw the charge on my online credit card account immediately, called the credit card company, and reported the charge as fraud. They closed my account and are sending me a new card. The name listed on the product is PanaLab.com. I have since found out that others have been ripped off in the same way. I hope we can put these jerks out of business.
