Cash sent, communication stopped. Claims to sell recreational drugs, but steals your money

This company claims to sell materials to laboratories including drugs with recreational uses. Many (if not all) of the drugs on the website are not regulated by the United States and thus implicitly legal to sell. Never the less, the website requires payment via Western Union or a Russian website named WebMoney.Ru. After making my payment of $250 USD via Western Union, a man by the name of Alexander Boiling picked up my payment in Vancouver, BC, Canada. After that, I have been unable to make any contact with the company. The Whois data on their domain is all invalid (bad email address, bad street address, bad phone number) and the only method to contact them is via email, which of course goes nowhere.

This is a scam. Be warned.
