Causes burn

I tried the little SmoothAway on my face, and top lip, and that I adopted the instructions precisely, but I still got burned. It had been like having a comb burn, and you know what, it didn't take away the hair on my face. I'm like I lost my income. Trust me it generally does not work-like on Television.
