Debited my account $79.90 after I called to return diet pills

On January 15th I received a package of two bottles of diet pills. The shipping label explained that I was going to be debited on my account on January 20th. I decided I did not want pills anymore so I called that same day that I received pills to cancel. I returned the pills 2 days later. Well, the $79.90 was debited from my account.

Since Mondaym 1-22-09 I have been trying to talk to someone one but everytime I call I get a message telling me that there are 15 to 20 callers ahead of me and I would be waiting approx 10 min. I left three detailed messages with all my info and have not received a phone call back. I tried the website listed on the shipping sheet and it is no good.
