They charged me $69.95 and I was not aware of the cancellation Policy. It said nothing about the 14 day Free Trial when I placed the Order

I was charged $2.41 on 12/30 for this what I thought was a Free Trial and with no cancellation period. I thought that would be the only charge.

I have ordered online things before since 1995, and I always keep track of Trial Periods. I have always copied and pasted a phone # to call them with in the Time frame so I am not billed anything more over what I ordered or for ordering something to get a Gift Card with Walmart. I completed two offers that were necessary to get the Gift Card. I had gotten a living christian CD and was charged correctly by the offer etc. I returned one CD via the mail with in the Cancellation period etc. I was not charged anything more.

. I was charged $69.41 as of January 20th. I was not happy at all about this as I was not aware when I ordered this. This is what it said...

There was Nothing in the box when I got the order on the cancellation policies on their website. They had me look at it when I called in and I was not aware of terms and policies when the order was placed. Www.ageinvisible.com

This is what it said when I placed the order. There was nothing saying I had to cancel with in 14days etc! I called Customer Service and they would not fully refund me. I offered to mail it back for a full refund. The Amount of this sample in Only 1. Oz! They would not fully refund me and I believe that is not right at all to do. I spoke with Two Supervisors etc. Two reps offered only a $20.00 refund and a Dining Card for $50.00. Her name was Allison. 1-866-686-6429. I wanted a full refund or at least half of it and they said no such offering to me. I told the people who called me at my home # that I would report them as a Poor Company with poor policies, not making their customers aware of etc and not allowing me a full refund for something I would never Pay $69. For that is 1oz! I sale products and have for years and know this is no way worth $69.00! I am a human being and entitled to make mistakes and I did do things correctly.

I was ripped off by this company and I am therefore reporting them and I want to have them shut down ASAP. I want them to be removed from offering online offers as they are tied with Walmart therefore. I work two Anti-Aging Companies and I am well aware of Policies etc therefore! My companies would fully refund you and not give a run around to my customers. If they would I would be very upset and expect them to report them. They do not get reported either Company. Arbonne or Seriesse.
