Will not honor Warranty California

My treadmill has been broken for over 3 weeks. I have called and faxed this company many times. I have not receaved a response. I talked to Augustine who says he is the manager, and he will not let me talk to the Owner who is Jim Rosen and claims he is " Super Jim" and that he has a 5 star Better Business Bureau rating. They are totally ignoring my letters and calls and faxes. This is terrible service and a ripoff. I have a lifetime warranty on their invoice to protect my product. I asked before I bought it, would they honor the waranty in Hawaii, and they said of course, and that the warrany was in their name and not the tread mill maker.
