Illinois indiana missouri united laser clinics shut down! Fraud alert! Buyers beware

I can't believe this is happening! United Laser Clinics scammed me a several other clients out of thousands of dollars by having us sign and prepay for hair removal services. Then they close their locations and don't even tell you. They run off with your money and you get NOTHING! They did this with 3 locations in Illinois in the last few months. I am so upset because I spent so much money and didn't get what I was guaranteed. I tried calling their corporate office and the owner whose name is Michelle Droulos will not take any calls. Her assistant Alana Echols, the robot who answers the phone and has a trained response for everything, is not helpful and offers no information other than to email Michelle. However, Michelle does not answer your emails. I finally received an email that stated she's sorry but there is nothing they can do for me. They will not refund me my money or honor their agreement because according to them they didn't break any laws. Can you imagine not knowing they closed their clinics until you drive all the way there (for me an hour) to see the place vacant? Michelle ran off with mine and all her client's money and she'll do the same again unless people are aware of this fraud/scam operation! Please do your research online about them before you buy anything.
