Oldsmar, Fl R-Sun Tanning also ripped our salon off the exact same way. An obvious Scam

R-Sun tanning scammed our salon. We recieved a call from a lady who wanted to order 8 bottles of tanning lotion, (same amount as other report). She also wanted to buy 8 unlimited one-month tanning packages because she claimed that a wedding was taking place in our area and she along with girls from the wedding would be in our area for an entire month. This sounded too good to be true and it was.

She called back to confirm that we ordered the lotions that costs $300. And when we ordered the lotion, we asked what R-Sun's return policy was and they told us that we just simply send it back. When the products actually came in, this lady would not answer her cell phone or return our call. Her cell number turns out to be an area code located only 10 miles from where the product was shipped. Once, a male did answer her phone and when we asked to speak to her, he replied, "I'm really not suppose to be in the middle of this."

We then decided it was time to send the products back where they came from and get our money back. R-sun returned our package to us. We then called to see why they returned it and we were told that in order to send it back we had to have a certain "code number." After a lot of run-arounds, and phone tag with this company for a few weeks, we were told that their return policy is only effective for a 30 day period that we had just missed. Which by the way was their plan. We returned their product well within the 30 day period.

We still cannot get any answers and this company refuses to give us any sort of customer service. R-Sun also has a 'F' rating by the Better Business Bureau. There is a big lesson to be learned here.
