Sold me a policy saying i would get paid when i filed the claim for my time off they said i wouldn't be getting paid

I was sold a policy of partial disability from Aflac i was told i would get paid for the time i was off before i gave birth. I told the Representative who sold me the policy that i was 3 months pregnant at the time. He congratulated me and filled the papers out and had me sign them. I had my daughter in August of i filed the claim form and received a letter stating i was not going to get paid because i had a Preexisting condition of a pregnancy... The representative from Aflac sold me the policy knowing very well i would not be receiving a cent from the company that was very wrong and misleading...

I have tried to ask who i have to talk to about getting my money back and I'm told there's nothing that can be done. I was told they can only go back 90 day and refund me... They've been getting money from be since 3/1... I need that money for my daughters many needs...
