Scam and cheating

I delivered a guide last September and also have nevertheless not gotten my reimbursement. They've provided me reasons and abject apologies and guarantees but NO cash. Today they'll not reply my emails. Patricia Davis may be the Customer service individual and he or she delivered mean email declaring that I'd ultimately get my reimbursement in November, but obviously used to donot. Today she does not answer my emails. This can be a fraud and knowing in the quantity of grievances filed from this organization I'm amazed they've not been shut down and punished.
