Worst product

Had the product for 6months. It worked excellent at first, it had been much better than every other hair straightener I'd actually applied before. The little criticism I'd was it had been extremely difficult to maintain it at your preferred temperature while straightening your own hair, you fingertips push it and deliver the conditions up. The other evening while straightening, it melted my hair, and that I have long hair therefore it was really apparent. After I looked over the temperature screen it had been reddish and stated "mistake". After that it turn off and would not reverse on. I actually donot need an upgraded, I'dnot trust a fresh one WITH THE additional grievances available. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS IT IS A TERRIBLE ITEM!!! The organization must repair the most obvious deficiency. Delay till Carmen Electra burns her hair down!!!
