866-938-4832 I ordered a sample bottle and was just to pay the shipping. Next thing I know, I get anoter bottle and charged $94.57

I got an offer, I think it was a flyer in a multiple coupon mailing that said I can get a free bottle of these Acai Berry Vitamans. All I had to do was pay shipping which was something like $4.95. Next thing I know, a couple weeks ago in December I get another bottle. I open my charge card bill today and theres a charge for $94.57.
So I call their number and sat on hold for so long my phone battery died.

How can I get my money back from these ripoffs?
