Deceptive Billing Terms

My story has not been completed yet. I found a charge on my bank account that I was unaware of.in the process of discovery I found that ACAI8 billed my account for another $83.00. I guess they were planning on just sending out some more of their product. I did not sign up for a "free trial" offer at first. I bought their product to try it out and yet they put me on a month to month obligation without informing me that was their intention. They say they have cancelled the charges to my bank account but I have to wait now to get the money back into my account, still waiting to see. I think ACAI8 can be more up front about their billing intentions instead of planting them in the small print of their terms and conditions, which nobody ever reads. Lets hope for a happy ending.
