Unauthorized debits, that overdrafted my account, that I did not expect, resulting in overdrafts of $182.00

AcaiberryMax8773p, is what is on my account sheet, telling me they took $96.46 in charges that were not authorized, and no product came. On the other charge labeled, Wtea Acai 866-9384832 FL, they were only supposed to charge $39.95 for the product, after the free trial was over.

However, they charged $88.62, when I called them on it, they said send back the product that was sent, and we will refund your $88.62, denying the other charge had ever happened. Now my bank is trying to get my money back for me.

I am in the beginning stage of getting my money back and have sent the product back, and because I don't trust them, I sent the package back with a required signature at the other end. I have a tracking number on it.
