BodyLean is a product made to help eat away unwanted fat in the body.
After explaining to Jeanine (October 1st), I was afraid to give my bank information & getting billed monthly after agreeing to a free bottle of BodyLean for both my husband & I, she promised I would not be charged as long as I canceled future bottles after receiving my first order. All I would have to pay is $4.95 for shipping & handling for each bottle, totaling $9.90 & to expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
Within 1 day, BodyLean received my payment. I waited & waited, approximately 3 1/2 weeks for my order, however I never received it, even though they already received my payment.
I called the phone # provided, 866-652-0479 ext. 120 & was told my order would be re-sent.
Again I waited & again I never received my order.
The end of November, I called again & was told, "We only re-send orders when we have to send out 20 re-sends." Thinking to my-self, "What a crazy policy", I asked how many re-send requests were called in & she said, "We have 14 orders already & as soon as it reaches 20 requests, my re-send order will be filled & sent."
It is now January 7th of 2009. I am having difficulty locating Jeanine or any other representative.
If a company charges each customer $4.95, they would get $495.00 for 100 customets, $4,950.00 for 1,000 customers & so on & so on.
I believe I've been scammed...
