Taking large amounts from our personal bank account

I saved the page I ordered from for a free trial. I paid with my credit card for $4.95 shipping. I called and cancelled my order. They excepted my cancellation and gave me a code.

One month later they took $179.00 for 3 bottles of trim slim they also took another $79.00 for magazines.
I called and complained and they said that I did not cancell at first then I told them I would report them anad they offered me $139.00.

Please advise me on what to do! I cannot cancel my account at bank, morgage and insurance bills have not cleared yet.
