Lies, Cheats and Does not bill insurance

This dentist incorrectly classifies procedures so that the insurance does not pay and does not tell patient. He says he gave me debrazement but only really cleaned my teeth. I was charged 45 too much. Then lied by telling me I had 6 cavaties when I didn't and lied and told me insurance doesn't pay and I would have to pay 1000 dollars out of pocket. It turns out he never even bills the insurance.
