Sent unsolicited bottle Colon RX. No way to return it. All contact numbers are bogus. Credit card charged

I sent for the free sample. One month later they sent me an unsolicited bottle with a total charge of $84.79 (incl. S&H) which they have charged to my credit card. I have tried the only phone number that I can find for them to no avail. (1-888-820-2656 which is also listed as 1-888-820-COLON) The listed address of 134 NW 16th St., Boca Raton, FL 33432-1691 doesn't check out on the web.
