They took my 4.97 postage never sent thte trial, THEN a month later I can't pay my rent on time because they took the seventy something dollars from my bank card with out notification or authorization, and suddenly my rent money is short by that amount, now facing late charges on rent! What's more the guy i spoke with on the phone was a smug punk!
