Stealing Money from unauthorized auto drafts

I joined 24 hour fitness last year thinking the name 24 hour fitness was indicative of the time line you could use the gym. Each time I arrived to utilize my 24 hour fitness membership the doors were locked. When I went in to cancel my membership July 2 I was told my their manager that I could consider it done. Two months later I noticed they were still auto drafting out of my account - I returned to the gym to be introduced to another new manager who said I needed to sign this form and it would be done - I did so and the auto drafts continued. I went back in September, October, November and December as of which I was assured it was completed. I received papers stating it was cancelled yet still my accounts is being drafted out of. I have tried to reach them corportately to seek a refund and noone to date has returned any of my messages.

The incompetence of the staff is overwhelming and each month their are new faces just as incompetent as the last batch. I think 24 hour fitness hangs outside of the police station and when criminals are released they offer them a job. The quality of staffing is much of what you would expect in any prison system allowing the inmates to rule.

I have contacted my bank and sent certified letters to the corporate office to receive no response. It is a scam and a fraud utilized to steal from DFW citizens and I will be reporting this to the news media next if I do not get a response and a refund within the next two weeks.

Disgusted with 24 Hour Rip Off!
