Paid them for 3 months then they wouldn't cover well checks. Told me ins. Was not for well visits. My son had to go to ER they covered nothing. We owe hospital $7500.00. We have been paying 600.00 a month since7/1. They want to cover nothing

My husband is self employed and I work partime. So we have to purchase our own health ins. I was looking on the web and United Benefits called me back in about 2 seconds when i inquired about their ins. Know when I have a problem I call and no one ever picks up the phone they say to leave a message but no one ever gets back to me.

I tried to use our ins in Augs. But they told me I couldn't use it till Oct. O. K so in Oct I took my sons to get their well check ups and my Dr. Office said the insurance doesn't pay for well check ups O.K. Then my 11 yr old son was having very bad stomach pains and had blood in his stool on a Saturday evening also a high temp. I called our Dr and she said to go to the E.R. He might be having an appendicitis. Well guess what they dont pay for that either. We now owe the hospital $7500.00. This is not cheap ins. We pay over $600.00 a month.

I really think something needs to be done with this co. I dont know how Bart king sleeps at night knowing he is riping families off. He is distroying me family and I don't think he really cares. I hope he has children and can't get medical care for them then lets see how he likes it.
