Fraud company

I have been attempting to stop the merchandise for a few months and I cannot get it done, they keep stating that my name isn't (lastname) within their methods, but I keep having distributions of $88.97. These folks in the 800 customer support point are rude ignorant individuals who don't care. It's undoubtedly the worst company ever!!!
