This company is a work of art that cheated money out of me!

I ordered this product with a 2 week free trial. Guess what? It took 2 1/2 weeks to get to me... Anyways I called before i ever got it and they told me that they did not have me on file, so I did not cancel since they told me a I did not order from them. Then a few days after that I recieved my package, wrote a e-mail to their support staff, and I still have no reply. I went and checked my bank account today and I am negative 48 dollars. To begin with I had 40 in my account, so they took 88 dollars out. What a rip off!!!

Is there any way to sue them??? They told me i did not order from them, then I recieve the package, then they debit my account!!! Are all the phone calls recorded???
