Two Cancellation Forms Ignored and Overdraft Fees Over $170

I have sent in 2 cancellation forms to discontinue my son's membership. They have yet to cancel anything and because of their unethical means of doing business, my bank account has over-draft charges in excess of $170. Plus they are trying to tell me that I owe them $39.95 on top of everything.

Their customer service is anything but that, once you have waited on the phone for 20 minutes to talk to someone, they do not do anything to assist you. They just tell you to do what you have already done and to pay the outstanding balance on your account. I would not recommend this membership to anyone... They are a rip-off and have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Gym enthusiasts beware!!!
