Rips you off and does not cancel memberships as requested

I have sent in 2 cancellation forms to discontiunue my son's membership. They have yet to cancel anything and because of their unethical means of doing business, my bank account has over-draft charges in excess of $170. Plus they are trying to tell me that I owe them $39.95 on top of everything.

Their customer service is anything but that, once you have waited on the phone for 20 minutes to talk to someone, they do not do anything to assist you. They just tell you to do what you have already done and to pay the outstanding balance on your account. I would not recommend this membership to anyone... They are a rip-off and have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Gym enthusiasts BEWARE!!!
