Never delivered product, still charged my credit card the shipping fee

This company post bogus pages on the internet of women that have lost wait. These so called personal pages have links on them to different product website. You may get a different product website depending on what day you go on that person so called personal page. All there website have pictures of famous people like Rachal Ray. I ordered the free product online, then realized that they were going to charge my credit card every 30 days for another supply of the product. I then called to cancel my so called membership so I would not be changed in 30 days, but I still paid for the shipping of the 15 day free supply. It has been 10 days and I still have not gotten it. Each day i call to check on it, they say it will be shipped today. And i call each day to make sure my "membership" is canceled and they canceled each time, like my cancelation from the day before is not there.
