My debit card was charged but I never recived product that was to be free. Over 2wks ago Not Sure Ca? Not sure, never got one Internet

I clicked on a side bar while reading my hotmail acct. I was supposed to receive free bottle. Cost was $4.99 plus 1.99 for insurance. Money was taken from my debit acct but two weeks later I received nothing. Ship date was supposed to 12/05.

I tried to call the # you have posted on your website but was told by a recording that the number was changed. I dialed the new # 1-800-712-5000. It is a recording offering more FREE offers. If you don't select one of four products, you are told Thank You, and call is disconnected.

Pomacaiclense is what my debit card was charged to. My other concern is what to do if I get billed for more product that is not received.

The sidebar advertisement said it was seen on Oprah, MSN, etc. Thought I could trust. Do these companies that are being used in the ads actually endorse this product? If not why hasn't someone come out to inform folks or make them remove their names from the ads. Very deceiving.

Sorry I was not able to offer more information. Never had a problem like this before. I will be more careful next time. I did also order the free acai berry and the colon cleanse only the one was charged so I'm not sure if it was with the same company. It came up as a pop-up in the same window.
