Diabetic Cooking Magazine & My mother thought that this was a free book. They said she owed them $9.98, she sent the book back and they are threatening them with collection agencies. Mt. Morris

I am writing this report for my elderly mother. She stated that she understood this "Diabetic Cooking" magazine to be free. They sent the cookbook, then later requested $9.99.

My Mother sent the cookbook back and explained that she didn't want it. She did not send any money.

They are continuing to write and threaten "collection agencies".

This is quite upsetting to my parents, they are both elderly and have health problems.

I am concerned for their health and welfare.
