Bait and Switch deceptive tactics Don't let them fool you

I thought I did my homework. I saw from previous reports that there were problems but the price and the sales pitch lured me to give them a chance. Since I was suspicious I made sure the product was not backordered. I spoke with Mike who convinced me the chair was in stock and if I got my order in to him immediately he would personnally process. I was told that I had to send an e-mail saying I could receive shipment and that it would take about 5 days to arrive. All "Bull". Weeks later I'm on the phone and they say they don't know when they can ship. There's no manager I can speak with, no supervisor, no one in charge and Mike does'nt have a phone. I have dates, times, e-mails and quotes. They should be ashamed and I told them. My order was cancelled and we'll see what I have to go through to get a credit. Beware...
