Took $240 per month for 11 months from me without a signed contract, refusing to refund

On december 31, i joined la fitness, a regular membership. Later that day i called the club to tell them i was interested in the $30 per hour offer they were having for personal fitness training.

They started taking out $240 a month, but though there was no written agreement, told me that i was paying $60 an hour and refused to either return my money (as i never would have agreed to have private training there at that price, similar to what i could get at a private studio) or refuse to stop taking my moneys from my credit card.

In june the club admitted that they had no right to charge my card and agreed to right the hourly price, but they neither changed the price to what was then orally agreed to. Finally in november they stopped taking the $240 out, but have yet to refund my other moneys though its been fully acknowledged that they should.
