Fraud/charged me more and the started auto ship

I had been suppose to obtain a free test just for 4.95 delivery. Thay billed me 44.95 and included two items used to do not purchase or need. I had been billed per month later without my understanding around 35.00 for a car vessel. I received no notice via email so when I experimented with stop. The telephone delay was 63 units. I really could not stop online since I don't have an account amount. I've not obtained the merchandise they delivered and so I cannot stop without their bill amount. The merchandise is ineffective and that I would not want to buy if it had been free. Cheers, Nona Harman
