Dean Toriumi, ENT, University Of Illinois At Chicago, Dean Toriumi does only noses and he can't do them properly, how pathetic is that?

Dean Toriumi does only noses, has been doing only noses for decades, and he can't do them properly. How pathetic is that? He's a very sloppy individual motivated by greed. He puts his patients at risk by performing unnecessary, risky procedures just to bill insurance companies exorbitant fees. He has devised a crazy technique which involves rib grafting and he applies it on everybody regardless of their problems. This way he can do as many noses as possible in a week.

All of his noses have permanent injuries. First of all, he will never EVER address the problem that caused you to consider nasal surgery in the first place. He will just add dozens of grafts (asymmetrical grafts) on the top of your problems to camouflage them. Then, he positions his noses 1) off centered and 2) too high. All of his noses are crooked to the left and twists and turns in several directions. He almost never performs osteotomies since he doesn't know how to do them but just puts crooked grafts on the top of the nose.

Then, he likes super high radixes and noses that jut out of the forehead. He positions his noses too high on the face, so that, even a very long nose looks kinda shortish because it's placed too high on the face. This will make your eyes look smaller and very unattractive, even if you have beautiful eyes and will create a huge, ugly distance between nose and upper lip.

A lot of his patients including myself are devastated because after paying more than 30 k, our noses are deformed. And the strange thing is that our noses are very long but look shortish. So, it's why he positions them too high on the face, so, even a very long nose looks weird and unnatural.
