Billed my account twice to get a test

Everytime I attempt to contact to fix the payment on my consideration, I obtain a 55minute store. I have to get credit for that two costs of unopened and never requested hoodiawater and gum! It was never section of my contract. I just decided to pay delivery and managing, but was billed 44.85 twice on my Am Express card. Support!!
