Forget customer service once they have your credit card

I purchased the IRON GYM and one of the free sample supplements several months ago. When it arrived there was a piece missing. I contacted them immediatly and started to get the run a round.

Thirty days into the ordeal they charged my credit card an additional $49.00 dollars for more supplements. When they arrived I immediatly sent them back un opened, as instructed.

Now an additional 30 days later they wont send my part, credit my account for the supplement, or accept any kind of return. All i wanted was what i paid for. Is that to much to ask for Iron Gym
