On approximately October 18 I ordered a "free" sample of Acai Berry Supreme and agreed to pay $5.95 shipping charge. When I never received it I just basically forgot about it until I opened up by bank statement. Needless to say I was quite schocked to find that not only was I being charged for the shipping but then I was being charged an additional $88.62 for something which I have no idea what it was for. I have tried constantly to call the numbers that I have but I keep getting disconnected. The other numbers are always busy.
I've contacted my bank and they are looking into it. I'm really afraid that they will continue to try and charge my account. This company needs to be stopped. Can someone help?
