Fraud Only ordered sample Took 9635 out of my account. I have no phone #to contact them. Help

I only ordered a sample of the product. My account has been charged 96.35. I do not know how to contact them. My bank says I need to contact them. I need that money desparetly. Am recovering from chemo, and breast cancer. I just wanted to give myself a make over.

I never authorized them to do this. Plus, I have not rec'd another product. These people should be put out of business.
