They took money from my account, can't get it back & no product sent to me

My wife ordered the free sample (pay shipping&handling) and then they started taking 88.62 from my account (I have'nt received any product from them) and I can't get anyone on the phone to get my money back, plus I had to cancel my card and pay to get a new one. These people are taking my money and no telling who else's. I went to and there are a whole lot of people being taken by this company.
