This Dentistry is by far the worst

If I could give less than a 1 I would. I neeeeeeeever give less than a 2, but damn, this Dentistry has pissed me off waaaaay too many times. I always leave there office very aggravated.

The Facts -
1. I've never waited any less than 35 minutes. The last 2 visits have been 1 1/2 hours long each. All I was there for these last 2 times was a 10 minute check up on gums/cleaning. I've gone before lunch/after lunch (on their advice), when they've opened, it makes no difference.

2. They're are not cheap. $300 for a deep cleaning, $300 for antibiotic injection (it's a plastic tube they spray your gums with for less than 3 minutes), $30.00 for a regular check up/cleaning, which I know is standard and am fine with, but how the F*CK are you going to charge me a $5.00 set-up fee and a $5.00 sterilization fee??? SH*T better be setup/sterile before my ass gets there. "Your insurance allows us to charge for both these fee's, so we do." Ok, if it doesn't cost you shit, why are you charging me? They don't need that money. They don't HAVE to charge for it, they elect to. I told the girl (Sandra) at the front, who's seem to by dr Antanesian girl friend, that is what ridiculous. She looked down, picked up my appointment card, handed it to me, and said you have HMO plan and that was that. To be expected.

3. I was told I needed $600.00 (2 things above) dollars spent on my gums or I was going to be in serious trouble. I told them there was no way I was doing that. I again asked how important it was, they stressed. I asked for an alternative, they said just the deep cleaning. I said I wasn't spending that muck, AND THEN they said, "well, take better care of your gums, come back, and we'll take it from there." So I did, I went back, and my gums are 100% fine. WTF!!! That was my last visit,

Now I'm not one to jump to conclusions, so I stuck with them for 6 visits. Spoke to them calmly about my concerns regarding price/time spent all but one time. So far it's really been getting worse. I am beyond done with them. They would have to jump through hoops to get my business back. Obviously I'm not holding my breath.
I've lived in a lot of different city's/states, had a lot of different dentists, this Dentistry is by far the worst. I hate to be so negative, but 6 visits later, please damn it.
