Obtained their "free" test wherever I had been billed As&H charge, but 14 days later obtained extra cargo & charged my charge card an unauthorized $88 on 09/30/08. The container/item was instantly delivered to sender unopened. This is actually the end-of December, gooing on nearly 2 weeks later plus they have up to now acknowledged my bill. I obtain the runaround and hung-up on after I contact the # they record on my credit payment. They've their item AND Our Money!!!
