I placed an order from lusciouscargo.com and received an email that the item I have requested is out of stock.

I reply to them to cancel the order and refund the payment. And from that time there is not answer.

I have sent noumerous of emails. And no repsonse. Now I have to fill a claim on PayPal to return my money
