I ordered the Acaiberry, called the 800 number when I got the 15 pills to cancel and the number on the paperwork was "disconnected"!!! So after much panic, I realized there was nothing I could do except wait. Sure enough a few days later a charge for $89.31 came thru on my bank statement. Thankfully there was a new phone number on the statement next to the charge (877-859-1105). So I called that number and was told by a recording to call back at another time. That is when I googled the phone number and found someone else who had this problem. They said to call the number back but to dial *67 first (to block the caller id). Sure enough someone answered. I bullied her to agree to issue a credit to my card, stating that the company she worked for was a scam! She agreed to issue the credit but not before 14-15 days! Uuggh! So I waited the 2 weeks and of course... No credit! I did not want to cancel my card prior as then they would not be able to credit my account.

I have called my bank today and opened up a dispute. HOPEFULLY I GET MY $89.31 BACK!!! I'll let you know!
