Ordered FREE trial, 1.95 s&h. Got charged $41.. Can't contact to resolve by any means

I had heard about the benefits of Acai and Pomegranate. When this thing came up, touting Oprah's recommondation, I took a look and then, thought I'd think about it. Naturally, a computer assistant told me I could get the free trial for a mere $1.95 shipping. So I though, what the heck! When I saw my bank statement... I was charged in excess of $41 per order. Yeah, the thing I ordered was free but they included GUM and WATER!!! I don't need gum or water. Got that. So, I have attempted many times to contact them to fix this, and am told that "Due to the polularity of our products, the wait time is unusually high". I know better. I have right now been on hold for over an hour when I was told less than 5 minutes.

As well, the email support is bogus! I can't get anywhere near anything to help me. I am not letting this thing go, I can tell you that. They have bilked me for over $120 - good for them. For now. I won't send the product back without a SOLID guarantee that I am reimbursed. I also attempted to contact the High and Mighty Oprah. I think that she should be involved, as this company uses her name to promote its product.
Oh, I just got through after an hour and 15 minutes. And got the runaround, and was hung up on!!! I have to say, they train these people well. I want nothing more at this point than to shut those bastards down. If I can get retribution, that would be great. It's not over, I can tell you that.
