Where's my Acai Maxx?

I ordered this product on November 7th. Today is November 22nd; two weeks later, and nothing! I've tried calling different numbers that are posted online, and it's impossible to get through to anybody. I've left messages and I'm still waiting for a phone call! Their "Cancelation Department" at cancel@acaiberrymaxx.com DOES NOT EXSIST.

Thankfully, I've only been charged for shipping and handling. I called my credit card company to set up an investigation. Please, if anyone is looking to purchase this product, DO THE PROPER RESEARCH FIRST! Something is definitely wrong with this company.
