Ripoff

I've tried for days to reach someone at the toll free number 866-938-4832 to no avail. Finally this morning, I tried again, the phone actually rang this time, but I was on hold for 1 1/2 hours, then disconnected. I checked my bank statement for the shipping charge because there is always a phone number listed there in the description of the charge.

Well there was a number there which was 866-442-2866. Couldn't get any help there either. I also called on the Colon Cleanse product, because I was billed for that shipping charge, but never even GOT that "free trial" sample. The number for the Colon Cleanse people on my bank statement was 866-360-1477.

They gave us a number for "Customer Service" WHICH WAS 1-866-695-9950. I did reach someone at that number, and she said she would go ahead and cancel my shipments for me. However... I asked for a confirmation number, and she said she didn't have one and it would take 5 - 10 minutes and I'd receive it in an email.

When I finally got through about the other product (Acai Berry), I finally got someone there who told me the same thing... That they couldn't give me a confirmation number, but I'd get it in email in 5 - 10 minutes. Guess what... It's been 3 hours now, I've been checking email, checking junk mail just in case it might have landed there, and NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

So I fully expect that I will receive further shipments, and further charges, which could overdraw my bank account and I could be assessed $25 per item if that happens. I HAVE notified my bank to not accept any further charges from these people because it's a scam. We will see what happens. I feel so dam*d helpless here.

Has anyone else had any better results? My email is. Good luck everyone... I just wanted to share this with you so you don't spend more hours and days. I WILL come back on and post if I've succeeded in cancelling. Ohhhh... Forgot to mention... I HAVE REPORTED SFL NUTRITION OUT OF BOCA RATON FLORIDA TO THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL AS A "CYBERFRAUD" INCIDENT.
