Mis-information of prescription medication

Mon, 11/20/08 I acquired my refill for Zolpidem Tartrate, 10 MG Tabtev (Universal manufacturer for Ambien). After I examined the pot later at night I came across, not the little white tablet I often get but a bigger pink tablet with MZ2 placed onto it. The tablet I often get is just a round-shaped white pill produced with 93 about the entrance and 74 about the back. The tag about the refill was just like another pot. Same explanation, same manufacturer, and MG. It had been too late to contact the drugstore that evening and so I named CVS Tues day around 9:00 AM and talked towards the Drugstore boss, Ms Teresita. I discussed that I had been provided the incorrect medicine and he or she advised me the medicine was proper but they had go out of the brand I often get and offered me a fresh manufacturer, same efficiency but bigger along with a unique shade. She questioned me at that time of collection was I advised of the change and was there a natural tag mounted on the refill. Neither had occurred. She apologized in my experience for that error??? And guaranteed me that I actually do possess the correct medicine.

I advised her that I had been still confirming this mistake and my assurance in CVS was terribly shaken. I did discover an invaluable training. Do not trust the pharmacist who fills your prescription, examine to determine if all-is proper even when the tag info is just like the previous pot. I really hope that whoever stuffed my prescription is severely punished due to their mistake since this event might have been alot worse when they had provided me the incorrect medicine.incorrect info is equally as severe as incorrect medicine.

CVS, you've dropped my confidence and perhaps my company for I've 5 precriptions stuffed in the Glenoaks department. Your team leaves alot to become preferred.
